Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Prana Yoga's services, website, and facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Membership Terms
Memberships are billed on a 4-week recurring cycle unless otherwise specified. You may cancel your membership at any time by providing notice at the front desk or via email. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Class Bookings & Cancellations
All classes require advance booking through our app or website. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class time to avoid a late cancellation fee. No-shows may result in a fee equivalent to one class from your package.
Health & Safety
Yoga and fitness activities carry inherent risks. By participating in our classes and using our facilities, you acknowledge these risks and confirm you are in good physical health. Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. Inform your instructor of any injuries or health conditions before class.
Wellness Services
Use of sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy is at your own risk. These services are not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or those with certain medical conditions. Please consult your healthcare provider before using these services.
Code of Conduct
We expect all members to treat staff and fellow members with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in membership termination without refund.
Personal Property
Prana Yoga is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Lockers are provided for your convenience but items are stored at your own risk.
Photography & Media
By entering our premises, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included in media, please inform our staff.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
